Keep Toronto Reading

Thank you for joining us for Keep Toronto Reading 2008

Toronto Public Library would like to thank everyone who helped made our month-long showcase of books and culture a success. Throughout February, guests enjoyed an exciting line-up of events, performances and discussions that took place across the city.

Relive our events – or see what you missed. Keep an eye out for updates about the 2009 program, including the selection of our next One Book title.

Join the Toronto Public Library as we lead the city's first annual community read —
Keep Toronto Reading One Book

From now through February, we
encourage all Torontonians to read
the same book. Then join in engaging
discussions and events happening
throughout the city, as everyone explores its themes,
issues and sometimes controversial ideas.

This year we celebrate Consolation, by Michael Redhill, 2007 Toronto
Book Award winner, and nominee for the 2007 Man Booker Prize.
